Anyways. . . So it was Friday night and I was bored. I went looking through some of the champion profiles as I often do to see which one would catch my fancy to play. As I was looking at Ori's lore and thinking about League relationships inspiration hit me.
Corin already thinks Orianna is perfect just the way she is, and would probably see changing her in some way as a betrayal. Yet he believes/realizes she is lonely with only the Ball as a constant companion. Well, his daughter needed more friendship than just the Ball. If the world wouldn't provide her with someone who would like her for her, he certainly wouldn't let his daughter go without such a necessity.

Note: I am not a designer, lol In fact I'm a terrible player. xD So not going to go to much into kit here, but gameplay wise I would want her to be Ranged utility/Melee burst dual stance only gaining access to the Melee at 6+. Particle effects being her Flechette satellites.
tl;dr: Really? *sigh* Corin, not one to let his daughter want for anything designs a sister for Orianna from an abandoned design he had been working on before Orianna's death. She is far more socially adept than Orianna do to a vast data base of memories, but has her own quirks like quantifying things as perfect or imperfect and going a bit insane when in highly dangerous fight or flight situations.
Gameplay/kit:
Gated by either Mana or Energy.
At first I was thinking Jayce like. You know, melee/ranged free transformation from the get go, but I realized that the kit I want for her would be to much power to soon. So she would need to be more like Nidalee. Only have access to other abilities past 6.
Starts out a ranged utility mage.
Q: A single target line skillshot, possible root effect.
W: Single target shield, shout out to her sister acts similarly.
E: Medium-long ranged AoE, acts similar to Lux's E.
R: Switches to Melee
Melee Burst:
Q: Shunpo like blink, probably without the reset though.
W: Something like Zed's Shadow Slash.
E: Something between Diana's Moonfall and Orianna's Shockwave
R: Switches to Ranged.

Elizabeth, the Forgotten Construct
It is widely thought that the death of his daughter began Corin Reveck’s study of Techmaturgy. That is wrong however. Before his daughter’s death he had begun designing and constructing another techmaturgy being. At first it was meant to be little more than a practice partner and guardian for his precious daughter. He had nearly completed it when the fatal accident that killed her happened. It was this incomplete construct that inspired him to recreate Orianna.
Seeing Orianna achieve her goal made Corin unimaginably happy, but he was also sad for his daughter. Often when he visited her she would be sitting alone with the Ball. She needed a friend; someone who could teach her how to act properly, his daughter needed a sister.
So he returned to his workshop and the incomplete construct, and began working on it again. She would be everything Orianna needed in a sister. Elizabeth would be wise, knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, protective, and loyal. Recreating the pieces necessary in bring the construct to life was the easy part. It was the personality he had to get right. So, he spent many months interviewing champions, summoners, nobles, and commoner alike from every city-state across Valoran. Using the raw data and a special hextech device to copy their memories he finally created the perfect personality.
Elizabeth was ready. She would make her father proud, and her sister happy. Her lithe and elegant design, the ability to adapt and react quickly, and an exceptional ability to put anyone at ease made her nearly perfect. Corin could rest knowing that his darling Orianna would never be alone again. As long as she functioned Elizabeth would be the perfect friend, the perfect daughter, the perfect sibling.

League Judgment
Candidate: Elizabeth

OBSERVATION
At a glance Elizabeth was the picture of youth and life. She had strong confident body language, soft feminine curves, and a warm friendly smile. If you looked just a bit harder though, you would notice that she wasn't quite an average youth. Her eyes glowed with a mystical pulsing power. Her hands though slender seemed to be sharp and almost claw like. She also had several small Flechette like objects circling her.
One look from the kindly man she was walking with and the Flechettes vanished and her hands softened. He approved with a smile. The Champion Orianna sat atop her floating Ball nearby. Elizabeth had suggested to her sister that riding the Ball might be an interesting ice breaker of sorts. She had not expected her to take to the idea so quickly.
REFLECTION
An Older Summoner stood in front of Elizabeth. “Oh, you are Senior Summoner Montrose! You were the one who judged my sister. That is perfect!” She said.
The difference between Orianna and Elizabeth was stark and amazing. Where everything Orianna said gave off a chill empty feeling, Elizabeth’s replies seemed almost warm and inviting. Her actions were natural, smooth, almost as if everything about her was familiar. “Well then, I’m sure Orianna has shared with you the requirements. Are you ready?”
“Yes summoner Montrose. You may peer into my mind.”
The all too familiar disorienting rush of losing oneself in another’s thoughts began and Montrose heard Elizabeth giggle and say “That tickles Summoner Montrose.” He smiled nearly losing his focus.
When things cleared up Elizabeth and Orianna were walking down a deserted street in the late evening. The perspective suddenly and dramatically changed. Montrose was above a group of three street thugs. “So that’s the girl?” the first asked. “ Isn't that Orianna, a league champion? How are we supposed to snatch her? I hear that ball is mean.”
“The client gave me this.” He showed his compatriots a grenade shaped device and a hand trigger. “It’s supposed to disable the mechanical damsel and her pet.” The view shifted back to Orianna as she rounded a corner.
“Look she’s alone! Let’s go.” There was the sound of two soft thuds and couple of moans. As the man turned the perspective shifted back to Elizabeth who closed the distance in a blink and pinned the man to the wall he had been standing next to.
She kept the brute pinned to the wall with just her left arm. Both of her hands had formed into wicked almost monstrous claws. She began to softly stroke the man’s face while she talked. “Hey, you weren't going to hurt my” she paused briefly tilting her head “friend were you?”
The thug’s eyes opened widely as he replied. “U-us Luv? No, we were just heading to the pub down the street, honest.”
Imitating her sister’s voice almost devilishly she said. “That is good; you would not want to answer otherwise.” Then she returned to her normal voice and laughed. “I’ll take these then since you won’t be using them.” She took the devices from the man and placed them in a pouch on the small of her back. She then returned her hands to normal and started to straighten the man’s cloths and dust him off. She leaned in sweetly and said “Tell you what; if you can forget any of this ever happened and promise me never to come near my friend again I think we can part on good terms.” Into his ear she said in barely a whisper. “Am I understood perfectly?”
“Yes ma’am, I understand.” The thug said.
“Good.” She twirled around and walked off in the direction Orianna had.
As the scene faded back to the judgment room Elizabeth asked “ Didn't I handle that perfectly? Had I killed the men I would have caused more trouble. The perfect solution was to just scare them away.”
Summoner Montrose did something he hadn't done in years. He face palmed. This girl, no this monster, had only refrained from killing her sister's would be kidnappers because the consequences of killing them would have been annoying. *Sighing deeply* “You understand that there are rules to being a champion?”
“Yes Summoner Montrose, I know the rules, and will follow them perfectly.”
“Then, like your sister, you will become a Champion."
"That is the perfect answer Summoner Montose!" She said happily.
